After Hours & Emergencies

IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY YOU NEED TO CALL 911, DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE, DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL

After hours and when the office is closed the office telephone line will be answered by a computer system that will give you the option to leave a message that will be retrieved the next business day, it will also give you the option to contact Dr Siperstein for urgent messages. If Dr Siperstein is out of town, the system will instruct you to attend to the closest Emergency Room for any medical care.

Calls for appointments and refills are taken care of during office hours

If you must reach Dr Siperstein after normal business hours, leave a message in answering system and Dr Siperstein will return your call. Please note that there is a $15 fee for after hours calls. After hour calls are for urgent care needs only. All other calls should wait until next business day during normal business hours.
